UDC Fitness Returns & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with UDC Fitness. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow our return and exchange process below.

General Return and Refund Policy:

  • Returns: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return for a refund or exchange. The item must be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed.

  • Refund Evaluation: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will evaluate it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Charity Tees:

  • Our FUCK Cancer charity tees are non-refundable as profits go to charity. However, if you received the wrong size, we do offer an exchange for the correct size. Please note that you will be responsible for the postage costs of sending the item back to us and having the new size shipped to you.

Exchanges:

  • If you need to exchange an item (excluding charity tees) for a different size, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase. Items must be in original condition. You will be responsible for the postage costs associated with returning the item and shipping the new size to you.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

  1. Visit our Contact Page and fill out the Returns & Exchanges Form with your order number, details of the return or exchange, and any additional notes.

  2. After submitting the form, we will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.

  3. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange as applicable.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Charity tees (except for size exchanges)

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

  • Any item not in its original condition (worn, washed, or damaged)
